when you request for a commission, it is understood that you have read and agree to the terms of service provided by the artist

for artworks intended for commercial use
An additional monetary fee will be applied to the artwork. this includes : Covers, magazines, official artwork, etc.

(50%-75%) crediting and social media account linking is required, no modifications are allowed to the artwork. the artist still owns their portion of the copyright.
(100%) you can choose to modify, reproduce or not publish at all. no need to credit. the client owns full copyright ownership.

i am open to discuss about diversifying and trying different art styles in a negotiation on appropriate compensation.No additional fee for artworks made with the intent of personal use, however depending on the intricacy of the commission, there will be a complexity fee. I also retain the rights to the illustration.crediting is required if posting on any social media.
